This Shipping Policy outlines how Card Sensei (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes, packs, and delivers orders within New Zealand.

 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the courier provider

 

3. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via tracked courier services, including New Zealand Post (NZ Post) or equivalent providers.

Standard Shipping

  • Courier delivery (non-signature required)

Optional Add-On

  • Signature required delivery is available for an additional fee

Customers accept responsibility for selecting the appropriate delivery option at checkout.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may include:

  • Standard shipping fee

  • Rural delivery surcharge (where applicable)

  • Optional signature service fee

Any additional charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.

 

5. Packaging Standards

We take care to protect all items during transit:

Raw Cards

  • Sleeved

  • Placed in a top loader or card protector

  • Secured with protective materials

  • Shipped in padded packaging

Graded Cards (“Slabs”)

  • Bubble wrapped

  • Shipped in secure, padded packaging

 

6. Risk and Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the item has been delivered to the provided address.

For non-signature deliveries:

  • Parcels may be left at the delivery address

  • Card Sensei is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery

Customers concerned about this risk should select signature required shipping.

 

7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is:

  • delayed

  • lost in transit

  • damaged on arrival

Please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the courier provider.

We will work with the courier to determine an appropriate resolution.

 

8. Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Card Sensei is not responsible for:

  • delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

 

9. GST and Pricing

All prices and shipping costs will be displayed in accordance with New Zealand legal requirements.

If GST applies, it will be clearly indicated at checkout.
